Renal Ventures Management, LLC, provides nephrologists the opportunity to collaborate with a premier niche dialysis provider whose management team has more than 200 years of renal care experience.
Our value proposition is to provide a proven management and customer service strategy that allows our physician partners to compete effectively in the market place while maintaining autonomy over patient care.
We work with professional dialysis providers in the following three ways:
Joint Ventures - We partner with nephrologists to build and manage new dialysis centers. Our physician partners have a share of the ownership as well as control over the quality of care. We handle every aspect of staffing and management, and our skilled professionals are trained to treat patients with the utmost respect, warmth and dignity. We provide cost-efficiencies in securing equipment, technology, supplies, employee benefits and administrative services, and we are experts in back-office operations, including billing and collection functions.
Select Acquisitions - We also partner with physicians to acquire existing dialysis centers. Existing centers are acquired selectively, and must be compatible with Renal Ventures' patient-focused culture, business practices and advanced network concept.
Management Services - RenalServ, the management arm of Renal Ventures, provides and manages a highly trained staff for an existing program. RenalServ specializes in keeping the staff motivated and trained in order to meet Renal Venture's standards of customer service and care.
