Fundraising for the National Kidney Foundation is what it's all about. RVM and the Renal Center of Trenton did an incredible job on Sunday, June 7 at the Central New Jersey Kidney Walk doing just that as RVM donated $2,500, the Trenton team raised $1,830, and all walk participants raised over $87,000.
Under blue skies on a sunny day, RVM staff in the Dallas area walked in and hosted a booth for the National Kidney Foundation's 2015 Dallas Kidney Walk on June 6. RVM staffed a booth and passed out promotional items such as water bottles, sunscreen, and hand sanitizer, to many walk participants.
"We wanted to spread the word about the RV Difference and augment our partnership with Texas Health Resources (THR) - Alliance," said Area Coordinator Lee Parker. Starting Saturday, May 30, Parker and her team did just that as the North Texas Acute group began providing acute dialysis services at the THR - Alliance hospital in Fort Worth.
