Quality Initiatives
Our patient care approach starts with caring about our staff. We believe that staff members who are treated with respect and dignity can best identify and implement opportunities for quality improvements in patient care.
Our Quality Committee reviews our care outcomes on a regular basis and provides analysis to local centers that includes graphical trend data as well as peer data from other Renal Ventures centers.

Terence Williams, a patient care tech at the Renal Center of Carrolton (Carrolton, Texas) embodies what the RV Difference is about.
Terence has been with the center since it opened in July 2004. His dedication to his work and the center has made a lasting impression on his co-workers and patients in his care.
"He does everything with a smile and is willing to do whatever is ask of him," said Debbie Evans, administrative assistant for the clinic. "He goes the extra mile every day."
"He pretty much takes care of everything that goes on in the clinic," said Shana LaMoon an RN at the clinic. "From opening the center to the lab work, he is a huge contributor."
"Everybody loves him," said Evans. "We wish that we could clone him."
Chairman's Quality Index
The Chairman's Quality Index is a tool used in benchmarking and measuring our standards of care, along with other data from our quality committee that is developed routinely for measuring the performance and success of our centers.
